  • Love the colouring. Great build.
  • Good progress Jerry, everything looks tight, square and well executed.
  • Bryan, Joel & Ken thanks for the nice compliments its really appreciated!!

Yes Ed its a great way to do siding!

  • Machines are in place. I think I have them were I want them. The (3) in the back are in front of the windows for light.
I do know I have to change the belt on the DP.

So Brett & Karl how do they look to you??

  • Thanks Dave glad your following along.

    Jerry
  • That placement looks good. Gives the impression of a nice workflow to the scene. Does it matter if the belts have a twist in them as they come from the drive shaft above? The back row of machines looks like the belt drive assemblies at different orientations.
  • Yes Ed there is always a chance the beach will get in the way of progress!!

Bryan the DP needs a twist in the belt the other two are fine.

  • Nicely done Jerry...Dr. Grunge says "me thinks the shop is too clean"!...I know you're just getting started with the details and they look terrific.
  • Thanks Ken. And your right its a bit tidy!!

    Jerry

  • Jerry,

It has been a while since you shared any further progress on the build of the Engine House project. I would really like to see your finished project and any progress photos leading up to the build completion. Perhaps you completed the build under a different topic (Martin Jones Machine Shop) and I missed it. If so can you supply a link to the completed project?

    Thanks Dave S. Tucson, AZ
  • Like Karl I have to many projects going and nothing finished. So the Engine House sits in limbo.
I've been working on a 10Stamp Mill which is almost finished.
