Whilst waiting for the first part of the saw mill to arrive, I made some old wooden palettes. Just to get familiar with the patination of wood. I know there is gonna be a LOT of it. Only one has the nails. It will be on top, so, no worries....

Excellent job with the color of the wood. What's the recipe?
One observation is that if a pallet is as old as the wood suggests, it would probably be beaten up more.

These ones have been laying around in a damp hangar for a long time, and besides, were not all savages ....
