Thanks all.

Here we have the dusting of snow added. It hasn't been fixed yet. I'm going to look and ponder over the weekend before I set it. Will definitely need to add some footprints on the paths.

Thanks Ken and Pap. The snow is a commercial product Precision Ice and Snow. Got it on a review on a military modeler forum.

We have a couple of workers who have emerged to find the morning snow. They appear to be distracted by something going on behind the building. I wonder what it could be?

It looks like visitors or trespassers or some folks just passing through. Many stories to be made up about who they are and where they are going.

I had fun positioning the heads of the workers into a "What the...?" position.

I'm getting cold just looking at the photos.

Fall turned into winter. An original approach , this diorama.

Just enough snow , could be the first snow of the season and that's why the guy looks so surprised. The two old folks , on the other hand new it was bound to happen. The felt it in their bones, like every year.

Thanks guys. This was a fun build and really got the creative juices flowing. Just a couple more signs to add to the walls then this one is done. I'll get some final photos outdoors when it stops raining.

Bill, I seem to remember finding the dome at "Glass Vases Depot" online. If you are searching try "glass bell cloche"...who knew that's what they are called.

Great diorama and the glass dome gives it a 19th century cabinet of curiosity effect. Nice work. Photos with a snowy landscape behind the diorama would make it even better..

A beautiful unique diorama Bryan, the figures and snow dusting add an individual look that sets it apart.
Of course the high standard of modelling and scene creation you are known for already does that, but, that extra something special makes it stand alone.
