    I don't think I have ever been more excited and stoked to get my hands on a SierraWest Scale Models kit than right now!
    This release is nothing short of amazing. From the backwoods charm of the open covered sawmill to the incredible MAC AB truck, which by the way is the coolest vehicle ever produced from the SWSM laboratory! The power plant...what can you say other than awe inspiring. The genius behind the design and execution of all the details that go to tell the story explodes off the page. Absolutely brilliant in all respects and thank you for providing us with such an incredible piece my friend!

    I will update my build thread of "the HO/HOn3 Wood Cutters Shack"
    (aka tie cutters shack) with my plans for this coveted kit...More later. Ken

    Appreciate that Frank. I'm mulling over my current diorama base of the tie cutters shack build in lieu of the backwoods Tie Mill kit being incorporated into it. I'll be providing an update soon in that thread.

    Ordered....I had thoughts of just this type of a tie mill to fit into the sawmill complex which is slowly evolving on the layout....can't wait for this to show up.....been in a modeling lull for a bit....but this will get me out of the funk and get me moving again....Thanks for a great kit Brett...

    A sawmill for everyone!! Perfect size to fit on any layout, big enough for a cool diorama and, as always, detailed impeccably with the best and most details of any kit out there.
    I cant wait to get started on my version in O scale when they start shipping.
    Beautifully designed, and great modelling on the pilot model. Inspirational.
