Amherst Train Show

Headed up to Springfield Mass. in the wee dark hours to wander the 4 buildings of modeling supplies....anyone else headed that way?

  • Karl...it was actually in the mid 50's....and sunny...not to bad.....but not "south" warm....lol.....the show wasn't too bad....stocked up on some "landscaping stuff "leaves" and static grass.....and ballast....found a few neat things...one being a 50's era Studebaker COE tractor and 20' van trailer....photo of it built in a month or so....doing some more on my module...a wee bit....need sleep...been up since 0500....

    Haha... like I said, wish it was warmer, If it gets down to 75 I'm grabbing a sweater...

    Sounds great, we can never have enough scenery supplies, variety is the spice of nature.

    We'll def be looking forward to seeing those pop up on the diorama,
    good vehicles are definitely a struggle for us all... 'currently' ... ;-)
