Steve, I love to see the purlins instead of a solid sub roof. I am considering doing that with my truck repair. my only worry is that the roof might not be strong enough to be removeable. Great work on the mine Randy

Okay, I have completed the walls for the hoist house.

The paint color is Delta Barn Red that I purchased at Lobby Lobby. I thought that after the initial wall treatment it need the darker paint at the top so I dry brushed some of this paint along the top of the walls. And thanks everybody for you comments

It looks fantastic! Thanks, Reds can be so tricky. So many versions and shades. So many of them end up with a magenta or purple tint that I really don't like.
