In the past months I have been working on Duluth company. After the big projects I needed something small and this was just the project that fit my plans. Its such a nice little gem, with entirely different techniques than my previous kits (mainly the approach to the walls) and therefor it was so much fun. I didn't alter tje suggested layout of the kit but felt it needed a bit extra, so I added two trees, just to create a bit of an atmosphere. Im pretty happy with it and I hope you will enjoy it as well. Next project will be the truck repair shop in O-scale. I will try to post some WIP shots of that build! Stay safe, happy modelling, Jeroen
Hi Jeroen! What a great build of a real nostalgic kit. Detail and scenic work looks wonderful. Love the view with the access road, very well done. Tree work adds a great deal and I like the fact that they are in scale. Nicely done.
Well, someone sure inspired me Ken . I don't have many pretences about the quality my builds but I'm still learning, getting slightly more courageous when it comes to deviating from the tremendous techniques in the instruction booklet... and... I'm enjoying the whole building experience. And that's what counts most for me!
Hi Jeroen: This turned our really great. What a nice diorama and the details are really superb. The landscaping also turned out extremely well and I love the trees. Nice job, Jeroen.
Thank you all so much. This really was a fun project. The trees are from coastman, leftovers from my logging camp diorama. Theyre really nice and work very well in ho scale!
